Waterous Connect simplifies support for Eclipse Gen2.0 CAFS and UltraFlow Industrial systems.
Using Waterous Connect you can easily perform remote updates, troubleshooting, and configuration of Waterous connectivity enabled smart products using your smart phone device to connect directly to
Waterous customer service personnel.
HIGHLIGHTS:
• Live connectivity to Tellurus HMI operator panel enabled products
• Automatic and manual support directly from trained Waterous personnel
• Access to frequently asked product questions
• Direct connect to Waterous Website and My Waterous Portal
• Live connection for phone support
• Historical record of open device support questions and answers
QUICK START GUIDE:
Upon launching the app, the welcome screen will offer Troubleshooting of a Smart System or Manual Support. Choose Smart System to enable remote connectivity by Waterous Customer Service personnel. Choose Manual Support to submit a question directly to Customer Service.
MENU OPTIONS:
Selecting the menu icon in the upper left corner of the welcome screen provides quick access to the Waterous Website, My Waterous Portal, product FAQs, Customer Support contacts, and device support
history.
