Although IK’m really bad at computer stuff, I downloaded the app easily on my Apple Watch Ultra2, iPhone and iPad Pro... and it worked, first time. I had one small issue: I couldn’t get the iPhone to transfer the data to my iPad, so I contacted Waterspeed’s customer service chat line and I was talking to a Massimiliano (the creator) in seconds... and he walked me through the steps in minutes. It works. I’m on the water, trying to improve my personal best every day. It’s so good that I paid the extra few bucks to subscribe to the ‘pro’ version so that I could utilise all impressive the features. It was all too easy. I give it six stars out of five. It regularly cuts out on my Apple Watch and therefore is un -usable. I’ve had to go back to using strava which does not give me any speed information or as accurate data. My Dad has the same issues and it is frustrating us both.
