The employees are kind, helpful, never annoyed with anyone, not patronizing or cold as in most banks, it’s obviously important to them to give good service. There’s an amazing woman named Gail at the Mt Auburn street location, she remembers not only me but my son whom she met only once four years ago, and said hello to me and asked me about my son as soon as I walked in. Endless tries with unusable app now. Very poor update disabled my version that was fine about a week ago.... Update people could not have validated being able to load and use existing version a week ago. You deposit checks into a mystery land where they are never to be see again, or you have to call the bank to check on them. And even then, days go by without answers. Not pleased with the app, not pleased with the bank. Even when the correct password is typed it doesn’t not let you sign in. Only send your an alert to contact them for further assistance even after i just changed my password and reset the app. Still will not let you sign in. Touch id. One word -WACK. What’s the point of having it if it doesn’t work or requires you to still put in your password. Y’all gotta fix this for real.
