Worst paid application !!

Useless customer service Stupid software

New updates problems

Since the new update showed it there has been a very unsuccessful update for the quick reply feature the old version of the quick reply is much better and beside that the new update has also deleted some of our quick reply by itself without us even touching it. This is a very bad thing especially for an app that we are paying money for every month

Good app but need some modifications

Hello wati, Your are doing fabulous job for wa customer support. So far you gave your customers an infinity strong experience in wati, but there should be some improvement live calling through panel bulk assign and much more….
