i order at 8.30 and wait for notification to notify me to pick up but even waiting for half an hour i still didn’t receive it so i go to the store and ask why and the staff said order past 8 will be made tomorrow so i ask her if i can just get my order now since i am not available for tomorrow but she said she cannot do that or do anything about it and she also said she need to enter my order code to approve my self pick up so i wonder why she can’t do that since she already snap my order details and there is no cancel button. so here watson didn’t even provide enough information about pick up details. i just waste my time wating to pick up my order but i cannot. it’s not like i am not willing to wait but it’s just ridiculously no information detail to provide telling the customers even already sending received to email and mesej. it really ruined my mood. there’s so many thing i dissatisfied about watson but let it be just this for now

Ordered something in the 13th Nov, until now still saying that it’s packing? Your service is so slow and so irresponsive. I need a refund. App is not user friendly. Nearly half of the things can’t find in the app. What for to develop an app promoting about conveniency when it’s not even convenient at all to use?? Worst app ever. Periodt.

I have placed order via both CCE and HD, and I found no issue, I reached the cs team if I don't know how to proceed, and they helped a lot! Thank you! Many improvement on the express delivery checkout and well done, glad they have added to remove free gift button and the ecoupon voucher to know which coupon I entitle to, good job Watsons!

I was really disappointed with Watsons' express delivery service. The app clearly says that if you place your order before 7pm, you'll get your delivery within 2 hours. I ordered just before 7pm, thinking I’d get my items quickly, but that wasn’t the case at all. The live chat agent explained that the system needs to validate the order before it can be sent to the store, and only then will the store arrange for delivery through Grab. So the whole "place order before 7pm to get your delivery within 2 hours" promise is misleading.  

If you’re going to advertise fast delivery, at least make sure your system can handle it. Either adjust your cut-off time or process the orders faster. It's frustrating because I could’ve used other methods to get my items on time if I had known about the delays. Instead, Watsons made it harder than it needed to be. Honestly, just use Grab directly, it’s more reliable than trusting Watsons' app.

The other day i had changed my card to a new one. previously oke jaa if i want to login to the apps. but after changing the card, it says that my number has been registered. mind you the one who activated my card was a watson employee himself, but till now i still failed to login the apps. how am i supposed to know my points like this? bagus tidak payah buang duit beli kad baru
