Tried to make an account and it said my number was already registered, i dont remember registering my number (mustve been made when i did in-person purchase) so tried logging in with my phone number and clicked “forgot password” and tried to change through OTP using SMS but when i inputted my number it said “Submit Failed, please retry. Only Allow Numbers”?? When I clearly input ONLY numbers? Please fix this…

Think twice before buying medicines. It’s either you buy it more than a week before you need it or just go to a physical store. It’s very easy for their logistics partner(LBC), that they attempted a delivery but your house/location was closed, that’s they would re schedule. I ordered way in advance and paid everything online. Checked our CCTV if a delivery attempt was really made but we confirmed it was just their excuse.

Received a missing item on my order and they haven’t return my money. Have a hard time sending email to customer service. They are supposed to send me back my money automatically if the items are in available.

I can’t book self pick-up or delivery as it doesn’t show any results on the choose location window. And the CS is really frustrating and unreliable.

Hard to order in bulk; it’s not intuitive if you need an entire box as you need to order (mostly) by the piece.

I tried to order online and the location can’t find any Watsons store near me. Like, there is so much store near me and it can’t find one??? and this is my first experience poor customer service I ever had. It says that there will be a live agent that assist me in a moment but I waited for an HOUR!

Sobrang bagal niyo mag deliver tas wala pang option to cancel. Nag lagsy pa kayo ng (3 hours) delivery di naman din nasusunod

Check out tab not working, even for pick and applying discount voucher. LOUSY!

I picked the option of delivery of the items but I did not expect that there will be 5-7 business days of turnaround time.
