its great, but theres so many ads its insanely annoying, especially the ones that are really long and cant skip, such as the game ads. like bro im just trying to read in peace stop giving me an ad after every chapter i read. and would anyone really pay almost $70 a year just for wattpad? the ads are my only complaint, but otherwise it’s fine
This app has many benefits, it allows people to be creative and write original stories or fan-fictions that are fun to read. It’s amazing to see people’s creativity and can help people improve their writing by connecting with other authors on the app. Unfortunately it also opens up the opportunity for people to read sexual scenes and things that can basically be classified as soft porn. Although most stories like this are marked as mature some slip through the cracks with their content warnings. Otherwise it is a fairly positive and creative community of writers and readers.

I’ve noticed sometimes when I go into the app I’m logged out and then after I close the app and go back in I’m logged in again. But I’m not complaining. I was just wondering if that was normal. But I absolutely love wattpad and just love reading and writing on it. So yeah.

There are way too many ads in this app now, and many of the ads are extremely disturbing and disgusting. This has gotten so bad over the past few months that this app is no longer usable for me. This is sad to see as I used to spend hours on this app everyday last year. Things have definitely gone downhill
Why does Wattpad takes so much space on my device ? I’ve been on this app for 10 years (I had 2000+ books in library that I’ve read at some point it never took that much space and now I’ve downsized to 97 books, I don’t interact with anyone or do research I just read those books + when they are updated. Can someone explain this to me because I don’t understand ?
Amazing book platform
App has been freezing a lot lately and i wouldn’t be able to use the app until I exit and swipe the app away completely and then go back on it and it won’t save what part of the chapter I am, so it’s pretty unusable right now and I hope it can get fixed soon thanks
