Keeps crashing
Can't always open the app to find the balance v annoying
Connection
I keep getting a message saying my connection isn’t secure so it won’t let me log in to the app I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even that hasn’t worked I can’t get on it to make payments.
App still not working
After deleting it and then re installing it and now updating it, I’m trying to log in and add my passcode.. it’s not responding so I pressed forgotten passcode and it comes up with error message. Please please sort this out.

I’ve increased my review to 5 stars from 3 as the app is great, as is the service from Wave.
There was a connection issue recently with the app but this has been rectified very quickly and therefore my lower rating has been amended to reflect the app and updates made to it.
Thoroughly recommend Wave.

Connection issues
Every other app on phone works great but this one decides not to open due to an apparent connection security issue?? Given that both Natwest and Tesco Bank apps work perfectly on the same phone, I doubt there is a security issue.
Thanks to Wave having no desktop version of the app to check and pay your balance, I have no idea how much money I owe or any transactions I've made?!
Their support page instructs you to use the app to contact them? You couldn't make it up!
Get it sorted asap!
Awful app snail like customer service
The only reason I am writing this review is that I noticed that Wave non existent customer support replies to this , have tried emailing no one gets back hardly use the card at the moment because I can’t never get into the App which now tells me I don’t have a secure network so I’m locked out even though I am at home with a very very secure network. 🙄
App has stopped working
Every time I have tried to log in recently, it just says connection failure. Doesn’t matter who’s WiFi I’m using, tried a bunch now including my 4G. How am I meant to check anything??
Please fix this.

Apps suddenly stopped working… suggesting “connection error” and “insecure network”
