## Wave Reviews in United States

### ***** "Quality"
I Needed last minute blackcar suv services twice…I tried wave and both times they sent the new new big body Escalades….AND the guys had on suits AND they arrived early 😅.
-- JAMyers101, 2022-10-21

### ***** "Personal touch"
I can tell they care about their users. Go Wave!
-- CLTfan, 2022-10-21

### ***** "Absolutely amazing experience!"
Love this company and wish they were everywhere! Will definitely be using them going forward!
-- Vanguard333, 2022-10-19

### *---- "Worst app ever"
I made a request for a right they took the money out my account in seconds but they didn’t have any drivers I called & told them this and they said I’d get a refund, it’s been 2 years since that even happened & I’ve heard nothing from them smh never again
-- heldidhgdjw, 2022-01-18

### ***** "Yesss!!!!"
Please download!!!!! Don’t read those reviews !!!! Thank you !!!!!

I can’t wait for the female driver options
-- Chanae aka frenchie (cpt), 2020-11-06

### *---- "Not a reliable source"
Not reliable as most information seems misleading no contact information upon signup requesting more sensitive details that to me a flag lack of corporate site when searched or lookup it directs to another site !!!
-- ty45673, 2020-08-25

### ***** "Anything but Uber!"
After I heard Uber and Lyft algorithms charge more for non-white neighborhood trips, I knew there had to be a better alternative out there. This company is black owned, and while it’s still getting off the ground, I really hope they invest more development into having a kick-ass app. Keep up the good work!
-- Nostrand Blvd, 2020-06-24

### *---- "no"
i wanted to support because of what i'd heard about this business. but my very first time trying to use this, i requested a ride and it said something like "all drivers are busy, try again later" but it still charged me. i emailed them asking for a refund and received a notification saying the email doesn't even exist. it's been two weeks and i still haven't gotten my money back
