Fewer options than in store
I don’t have the same breadth of choices on the app compared to ordering in store. For example there’s only a single ciabatta sandwich shown on the app, so unless I want hot honey chicken steak, I’m out of luck. There are fewer choices for customizing topics on sandwiches I make. And I usually like a shorti roll with butter (or maybe it’s canola oil?) but it doesn’t give me any ability to get a buttered roll, just the plain shorti roll. The app basically makes it so I can’t order the things I like to order, so I just don’t use the app, it’s useless to me.
Garbage
Logged me out and now won’t let me back in because I have cookies disabled. Stupidest app rule I’ve ever seen. Who needs that? Just let us login in the interface of the app. You guys are a multi billion dollar company, get your act together. Almost like you don’t want us to use our accounts.
Fix the issues
The curbside pick up is a life saver to avoid taking 3 little kids out of car seats to go in the store… would be nice to be able to use it. Constantly shows error COF005 when I try to pay in the app. My card works fine when I pay in the store.
So-called “rewards” program gets worse & worse
The app itself is as mediocre as ever: for some reason it takes longer to open and “load” than almost all of my other 200-some apps, it randomly logs me out at the most in opportune times, along with other random issues.
But the real talk here is the “rewards” program. Does anyone else remember when it was actually good?? Seems like it’s been years now. Dear wawa, a dollar off a sandwich is NOT a “reward”. That is a coupon. And I literally do not care about coupons. This isn’t called the “Wawa Coupon App”, now is it?
Sign in errors
It’s having problems verifying my sign it to create my account. Pls fix
Constant updates required
The app demands an update every time I use it (every couple weeks). Believe it or not, but the Wawa app is not the most important thing in my life. I just want to put in my order and move on. Often while driving. Instead, I have to update it, and log in. Really? I’d rather not get wawa.
Also, ordering requires too many clicks. Confirm this, select that. You already have my payment method and know the store I use. Please just put the order in already!
Hopelessly Broken
Glad that nobody ever found it worth their time to fix some of the glaring bugs and glitches on this app. Not sure why I try anymore. You know what would really be nice? For me to be able to order at a store that isn’t necessarily in my immediate area? Why don’t I have the ability to order a store in my hometown when I’m coming from work? So I can, you know, have fresh food? Ridiculous.
Can never sign in
I’ve had this app for about two years now and it has never let me create an account or sign in. I always get the Something went wrong notification
App stinks
Have tried to sign up several times. All I get is "something went wrong. Please try again later". I've reinstalled the app. I tried to sign up through FB, google and Apple. I get the same message. iPhone 13 Pro Max. I've used multiple WiFi systems. So as far as the app, it's junk.
