## Waxing the City Reviews in United States

### **--- "Enable cancellation!"
It’s good for booking, but not for canceling or adjusting the time slot. There is no such feature! For that, we must call the salon even if the said appointment is not for weeks. I get that online last minute cancellation won’t be allowed, but when there are weeks until the appointment & yet I still have to make a call during their business hour, it is nothing but inconvenient!
-- JaneDoe789, 2025-05-19

### ***-- "Can’t Edit Appts"
You can only book appts on the app. You can’t edit, cancel or delete so you still have to call in and cancel. Such a pain when you hate talking to people
-- Taken71528/, 2024-08-08

### ***-- "App should be simple"
Can we get something to be able to add services to our already scheduled appointments? Also, there should be info on all of your employees in the app and website.
-- @allthingscarmenable, 2023-11-05

### ***-- "App"
I like having the app however wish there was a way to reschedule on the app instead of calling. Also wish there was a better way to see club orange membership on the app.
-- dcimp, 2021-02-17

### ***-- "Limited"
If you want to book an appointment, the app is fine. However, if you are trying to edit or cancel your appointment it’s useless. The point is to be able to maintain my appointments and account in the app on my schedule, but then i have to call them in normal business hours anyway.
-- aurora3000, 2021-02-11

### *---- "Book on the website, this app can burn in a fire"
What a terrible waste of space. Text is huge for no reason and the links don’t work!
-- nicknamesettoprivate, 2020-07-15

### *---- "Frozen"
Deleted twice because it freezes every time I open it. Disappointing...
-- Carlydmh, 2019-10-10

### *---- "Still slow and freezes a lot"
I’ve had to delete and re-install 4-5 times. Still freezes and when it is able to load, very slow. My updates are current and so is my software update. Waste of time
-- ShopDiva, 2019-10-08

### ****- "Love the app!!"
I love that I can make and change appointments but hate that I have to call the salon to cancel an existing appointment.
-- amandaarancio, 2019-09-07

### *---- "Not User Friendly"
After several tries I gave up! It doesn’t let you create an account. I tried the email address I use for WTC reminders and “forgot my password” several times. Not user friendly.
