## Way of Life Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Glitchy & slow"
Rarely use the app as it’s very glitchy & slow. It continually logs me out, which isn’t great when trying to use the app to get into my home (& very dangerous late at night when I’m stood at the door faffing around). Offers & information is often outdated & not refreshed. Mainly use the app to report issues & that’s all.
-- Miss VM, 2026-05-08

### ***** "Great app"
Great app with lots of info, and very easy to navigate.
-- WayneNP, 2026-05-04

### ***** "Great app that has improved since downloading"
The app is now super helpful for managing my tenancy and very easy to use. The updates have made a huge impact!
-- Sloth man21, 2026-04-21

### ***** "Amazing Product"
This product has been really useful in helping me find events, useful documents and open my door without a key.
-- Oliver Furley, 2025-08-13

### ***** "So Useful"
The app is super easy to use and has lots of useful information, it’s made my move in nice and straightforward.
-- WYJFC, 2025-07-25

### ***** "Excellent app!"
This app is so easy to use, highly recommend it!
-- Sid Nayar, 2025-07-25

### *---- "Never works correctly"
Keep logging you out after using and setting up passcode. Day after day you have to login again.
-- Edyta86, 2025-07-09

### ***** "Much more useful"
The latest update has brought lots of useful features and works well.
-- Sessile tenant, 2025-07-07

### *---- "Completely useless"
Very reflective of the service you’re going to get from the company tbh.
Nothing works in it, keeps logging you out, can’t even view your own documents or export documents. Periodic updates but like - of what?
-- Testingtesting one two three, 2025-06-21

### *---- "Lags a lot"
Keeps logging me out and asks to create a new security pin almost every day. I cannot use the app without turning the Bluetooth on (there is a window that only lets me proceed to settings) even if I do not need to use it as a key. I have had the app for several months but still get pop ups inviting me for an app tour.
