However, deposits typically take two days and on my last occasion, after I received the message informing me that Wayex had received my funds, I logged in only to find a zero balance. Customer service was dreadful, offering absolutely NO effort or information. There was no reassurance on my lost funds and after 3 banal responses in 30 minutes, I was told someone will be in touch. Of all the platforms I use it’s the one I trust the least. Again, the app isn’t bad, although it is under maintenance far more often than other platforms. Difficulties arise with all agencies, but when they happen with Wayex it’s more of a worry. My worst experience since Celsius.
