App doesn’t work. Just says “not available”.

No way to delete or close an account and developers never respond to emails with questions about doing so. Don’t open an account unless you’re sure you want it to exist forever.

This app will log you out if you don’t use it for a month. Then when you try to log back on it won’t let you so you need a new password but when you try to get the email to reset the password it never shows up. It’s so messes up.

This one is easily among the worst apps designed. It will be easier to just pay at the station. The app asks you to create an account, login, add credit card information, before you can register for parking. So, if the parking location has 2 hours free parking, I will still have to go through all the above steps only to eventually find that parking is free. Are you kidding me?

Very poor service, poor ratings, does not work well. I was says it is unavailable when I try to get in. Why our city selected this app to run their parking system is beyond me, they don’t think they checked it out very much before they made the commitment

Tried to use it to park at the beach in Fl but map moves to another state. Couldn’t even use. Had to drive home to get cc to pay.

I’m at the beach trying to pay more hours and is not finding the location. What is the purpose of this app?!

I can no longer use the app because I forgot my password and the retrieval does not work. It states it sends me and email and I never get it.

It won’t let me login, so I tried to reset my password, but it never sent me the password reset email. So then I thought maybe I didn’t actually create my account correctly, so I tried to creat my account, but it said “duplicate account info” so the app is currently useless for me.
