Idk what happened, playlists for what is playing are not relevant.

Broadcast is interrupted several times every minute for local station advertisements. It’s impossible to listen to anything on this app.

Frustratingly unstable. If you are on WiFi, you may have to listen to their promo multiple times - each of them interrupting the previous - before you get to the streaming content. It’s been like this for as long as I’ve downloaded it and it’s terrible.

it cuts out constantly and then i can’t go back to listening i have to hear “welcome to wdet” each time and sometimes back to back. either fix the app or take out that self advertisement please.

Whenever WDET is performing a fundraiser, programming on the app is interrupted nearly every minute with a fundraising plug. Often, the fundraising plug will repeat multiple times or multiple plugs will play in succession. It is very annoying and is a disincentive to contribute or use the app.

I have several NPR member station apps on my phone and this is the only one that doesn’t tell me what I’m listening to (show/host info and/or song title and artist info, for example) in real time. If this feature is available, how to utilize it is not immediately apparent. Other than that, it looks good so far. I reserve the right to update this 3-star rating as the app evolves.

There have been some bugs in the past but the developer and the station have been responsive and gotten them fixed. I love that I can take my WDET with me in more places and stream it live. Thank you WDET & fellow supporters!

No more pledge interruptions every five minutes.

If you stream, you get a bombarded by pledge begging every 2 minutes and archive listening doesn't work at all

Can no longer stream this radio station after last update. This is my go-to station. Can this be fixed?
