5 star benefits…if you can get to it. I login, I try to activate my account using the subscription I am paying for, it says success, then returns me to the “are you a new member or do you need a trial” options. Every. Single. Time.

Best thing is that there is no physical card unlike taste card so I cannot bypass this. Yes I have uninstalled the app. Yes I have tried on another device. Yes I even tried with a different subscription code.
