Unlike the alternative CRM we all know and dislike, WealthBox is easy to learn and use the breadth of features without “coaching calls” to teach you how to hack the pentagon to get a clients DOB! Simple menu system enables quick location of tools and features without mastering a myriad of complex clicks and layered hidden menus. 
I loved WealthBox when I first logged in years ago and watch them continue to innovate and drive other CRM’s bonkers trying to keep up. For me, ridding myself of that old tired tech liberated note talking and saved me time everyday. If you dread entering records or notes- give this one a look.

What can I say, the phone app is horrible. I like the program on the computer, but the phone app is completely lame.  You can find contacts for whom you’ve provided a tag, but you cannot exclude a tag.

I find it much more cumbersome to use vs the browser version. For example, it does not transition smoothly from Contact to Opportunity to Worklfow of the opportunity. It is slow to load. I click to load contact and it does not load.

I checked out Capsule (they are a new CRM )that’s pretty basic but they’re interface and layout is fantastic. Wealthbox is much richer and robust but the layout is not as intuitive and I can’t even find settings to increase something as basic as the font size. On the app, it is so tiny you can barely read it. With a few minor tweaks, I think it could be one of the best out there.
