I am trying to do the verification code with an iPhone X but it’s not sending and I can’t use my watch properly
The watch doesn't work independently from the app on your phone. It doesn’t record your exercises. Blood pressure, heart beat and weather are always inaccurate. You must do everything on your app. If you want to set up an alarm, it should be made in your phone. Everything. It’s just not worh the price. In the end of the day it is just a watch not a smart watch.
Poor customer experience, too many adds, all watch faces have to be paid for. Hopefully a better app will be available soon.
With regards blood pressure the terminology measurement is the opposite to what is expected in the UK
Please disregard the other review: When activating the watch *the first screen shown* directs the wearer to set the language (and shows each language written in that language and with that language's alphabet) All which needs to be done, is to scroll to the desired language, and tap to select it: It is so simple, anyone should be able to do it... The watch is extremely well made, and functions flawlessly. The display is clear, the menus easy to navigate. My only critique is that the vibration of the alarm notifications, such as the countdown timer, could be more powerful and attention-grabbing. The watch strap can easily be switched (I chose to install a smooth sports strap, rather than the received textured strap) and the watch is extremely comfortable to wear. It is not a small watch, but it is not heavy on the wrist, and sits in position well without 'sIopping about', even with the strap loose enough to put a finger between the strap and the wrist. The doming of the back of the case, means that only a small surface is in contact with the wrist, this it 'feels smaller' on the wrist than would another similarly-sized watch with a flat case-back. The overall feel and appearance of the watch is of a premium, well-made watch, which will accommodate any daily requirements, without the higher price of other smartwatches. If all that you want is 'a smartwatch' and don't want to/have to spend a lot of money, the HK9 will almost certainly meet your needs. The app is easy enough to operate, and even without paying to unlock additional membership, there is a wide enough selection of dials available to suit almost any taste without having to pay extra costs. My only issue with the app/watch interface, is that I wish that there was more flexibility in customization of the dial: The only option for 'custom', is to select a photo, and then choose a centrally-justified digital time (which can be chosen in a variety of font-styles and colors) It cannot be re-located to any other position on the dial, such as left or right justification, or located at another height beyond top-middle-bottom. Not a huge issue by any means, certainly not enough to consider a beef with it, merely a 'would be nice if...' (as I have seen other watch apps which do allow complete freedom in positioning of the time) It would also be nice to be able to add 'hands' to a custom dial, rather than only digital, simply to have the option available for a custom dial. It would also be nice if th
You need to fix the lag when you install the apple watch ultra 2 watch face the home hi starts lagging but the rest is good
Had my I9pro watch that uses this app for 6 months started to notice that the data it provides is sketchy at best. Sleep tracker yesterday had me in a deep sleep when in actuality I was driving to work. Also every time I open the app I get several minutes of ads before I can sync the app to the watch. Time to bite the bullet I think and get a proper Apple Watch
I pay the subscription every month why do I still get the pathetic advertisements so many times? top app but bugs to much
Over half the stuff on the watch it keeps asking to be synced with app. So you read the QR code, it offers you to download the app, which you’ve already got, so you click open and it still doesn’t still recognise or or synch properly. Really doesn’t work on very basic levels.
The build quality is very good, and the watch works fine, but i hope some will look at these reviews, because it needs an update. The watch would be perfect if the screen would wake up when we receive notifications. I noticed that if u wear the watch , or not, when you get a notification , you will get a weak short vibration, but you have to turn on the screen manually and open the notification manually. Its frustrating because i would rather take my phone out in order to read them. The screen only wakes when you receive a call though. So 1: to make the screen wake up when you receive a notification and kewp it on as long as needed to read, And 2 , because it has a speaker, to be able to make it beep when you receive them, or at least give us that option. It would be nice just to have it. 1 is very important, because thats what a watch does primarily, to wake up when you receive something, and to be able to read them imediately. Nobody wants to open it manually and then search for them, we rather use the phone for that. It worth alot more if we have that option, or more options for the screen. I hope this problem its only a soft issue and possibly make it work after a patch…
