I can’t figure out how to change the watch face 😞

I can not get the sleep to register or show up the next day

Why the WearHealth app doesn’t let me change my password I been trying all day 🤦🏻‍♀️

All of a sudden it won’t keep the right time so I tried repairing it and it won’t repair. Wrong date, wrong time. I don’t understand why it’s doing this. Help. Thank you

When reading the sleep patterns, the color bands indicate that I was awake for 1 hour and 24 minutes (once). The summary indicates I was awake for 47 minutes over 2 awake periods. I was up and walking around for over an hour. The inconsistencies between measurements should be created. Is there an update coming out to correct the sleep “module”?

Befor i used iphone 6p it is ok. But now i use iphone 8 it is not conect to. How i fix this. Thank

If you are still working with this app, please adjust sleep pattern to 24 hours a day. I work nights. I sleep during the day. That would be so helpful. Thank you

The app is useless. No connection to iPhone health & fitness. Only plus more accurate measuring blood pressure with calibration.

Just got this as a gift. It won’t let me put in weight/height in pounds/inches. It looks like “ support” is in Japanese or Chinese. Won’t hold a charge, either. FitBit, here I come! Sending this back to Hong Kong!

Return whatever watch you have it’s garbage. Screen hardly works and it barely functions as a simple watch. Might be alright if you never actually plan on using the watch itself and just do everything through the app :/
