A note to the previous people that made reviews, if your phone is in dark mode your text won’t show.... my watch is in the Mail and I might send it back for a refund because it asked for my skin colour, it’s 2021 and skin colour shouldn’t be a issue.

I just can’t see the text of what I’m typing exactly. I eventually saw the create account details but once I got in, I can’t see the numbers and texts. I just got this watch so I’m kinda confused on if this is a legit app or not. 1 star, not the very best experience on very first use. Hope for improvement.

App is so bad on IOS, I can’t figure out how to enter information to creat an account. Anything I type does not show up! There is no other support to figure this crap app out

As others stated you won’t get sms messages. The built in reminders do not function either. The other items seem pretty good though. You can access graph data which I like

You won’t get any messages on this if you have a iOS 13. Worked on my 8 but a 13 messages stopped coming.

I can’t scroll down to view the ecg hrv analysis menu option on the health screen. Sport and health screens are cut off on iPad. The reason I bought this device was for this feature. let me know which version release will have this bug fixed. Ps your feedback form is broken on app.

The app is nice as all the data are nicely displayed. Issues: - find my phone is useless. This feature works only when the app is in use...once the app is in the background, you can’t make the phone ring anymore...so this works only when you FOUND your phone, turn on the app and then voila, it rings if you activate the features again!? Totally useless!!!Make that feature works as it should be please! - the steps counter are quite off and quite often. Not very confident on its counting. Now we are missing some key features: - sync with Apple calendar app; - set the watch brightness; - pickup phone call from the watch (day you have your earphone, instead of getting the phone out, you take the communication by pressing the watch unique button for 2 second... If you address these issues and improvement you have there a pretty amazing product in hand...at a very affordable price compared to others....

Hello. The sleep monitoring only seems to occur between 1:30am to 8am. I would like to be able to see the heart rate and steps in 1/2 hour increments, as well as being able to view the data in table mode. Please see similar app called H Band for example of this. You cannot send feedback through the app. Gives errors every time. The watch I have is the N58 ECG PPG. Very happy with the watch. The app. Not so much. H Band which I used with my P1 tracker is far better

Cannot add photo because app keeps crashing. Therefore can’t open app or use my device! Terrible product!

I can't complain, it works well.
