Weather Perfect - BOM Radar

Lucky I got a trial date. Didn't even sync location. It set as always on location but still got stuck on swan River brewery when I was clearly in Morley. Unsubscribed straight away and deleted.

Thought it was a really nice app straight away. Happily subscribed straight away but as soon as my trial finished it just stopped working. Wouldn’t let me restore purchases. They got my money and ran.

All it was capable of was telling me the temperature at home an hour earlier. It couldn’t tell me the local temperature when I was not at home. Sent email for support. Never received an answer. Useless. Cancelled subscription after 4 weeks of trying to make it work.

Something has happened recently meaning I can’t view weather anywhere but my current location.

This is the best weather app out but has become outdated from new Apple features e.g. live activities, new widgets etc. please come back developers!!

I’m leaving this review as I am unable to restore my subscription since moving to a new iPhone. I can also see the app hasn’t been updated in a year, so I’m really concerned this is a bad sign. I would love to see a response from the developer

Purely 1 star because I took a subscription for full functionality and I am unable to restore purchases for the last 4 weeks. In summary, the developer received my money and I received nothing. I’m considering it a donation at this point. I want to warn other users of this app to ensure the same doesn’t happen to you. I’m not that cynical, maybe it’s a bug or maybe something else. Who knows. I’m just not happy when I pay for something and I don’t get it. Otherwise it was a beautiful app and useful as well but the above makes this a moot point. Thanks for reading Richad Ps I canceled the subscription even though it’s still valid for a short period but I won’t give them more money for nothing.

I wish this app had a feel like temperature

With so many weather apps around it's been difficult to find one to match up to Pocket Weather (rip). Weather Perfect has the potential to become its equal. The design is clean, simple and pleasing on the eye. The recent addition of the Watch app is a plus and is also stylish. Having BOM data is great for Aussie users. I have gladly subscribed for the year to help support the app. Thanks to the developer. Looking forward to more features in the near future. A watch complication would be greatly appreciated. I have to abandon this app. Even after upgrade, the Apple Watch complication occasionally stopped working and prompt me to upgrade. Contacted the author but received no reply. This app has not been updated for almost a year.
