Needs the floating picture thing

Would be five stars. But, Tubi, Sling, etc. have a floating screen I can watch while I work. Weather Tracker is all or nothing : if I need to work, I *MUST* turn it off. Please catch up with the other apps and fix this! Reporting is GREAT!
