Weather Underground: Local Map

Would be better if the premium was free for people who actually spent a lot of money on a weather station and feed data to this app. We should charge them for our data!

I subscribed for a month because I wanted custom weather alerts. The app crashed multiple times trying to set them up, but I finally managed to get them done… Only to find out that there’s no alert or notification for the “smart forecasts”. The smart forecasts are a great idea, but it only shows one on the Home Screen - the first one you set up. And there’s no way to reorder them. The UI needs a lot of work, but there’s a lot of potential here. I’ve cancelled my subscription and continue my search for a weather app with custom weather alerts…

The app is not user friendly and unable to change basic settings, wind speed in MPH apposed to KMH. Support NEVER reply to submitted requests..

Clunky to use and often crashes when used on my iPhone. I upload my weather station data to this site and now I cannot access my profiles. Compared to other apps it’s worth avoiding.

Is this for real!!! The app developers want to track your location and pass that knowledge onto others. Nope won’t be using this app, deleted straight away. I’m happy for this app to know where I am but not other undisclosed companies. There is way too much surveillance going on.

Despite reporting several errors back in January 2023, nothing has changed. For example the wind direction arrows point in the reverse direction when looking at the hour by hour forecast, but point in the correct direction when looking at the current conditions. Around the British Isles the rain bearing clouds can be arc shaped or have dead straight lines. No clouds seem to be out in Atlantic they all suddenly start over Land’s End with a hard curved edge. Any in the English Channel have straight edges. Please sort it out.

Looks good. Impressive how you have managed to deal with different weather systems. Tropical weather systems in Sri Lanka where radar is of no use, but you present the information so clearly. And the European weather where your radar presentation is well done. All the old reviews from years ago will hold you back indefinitely. Poor you. And free too. Good for you.

I have a subscription and have for years Had no on issues before but now they removed the login so you can’t restore a subscription if you bought it before they added the Apple subscription facility. I can’t use my subscription in the app anymore. So stupid Add back the feature to login! I paid for a subscription and I can’t use it Been like this over a year and they don’t even reply to emails To make it worse, you can’t report an issue as “report an issue” on the subscription page does nothing at all and if you email them(which is hard as they are part of weather.com), they don’t reply. Ever.
