Weawow is a free weather app with comparable multiple weather providers, animated weather map and radar, highly customizable layout and widgets, and beautiful weather photos from around the world.
There are no ads and no tracking. Weawow delivers only the weather information you need, in the most comfortable way.


WOW WEATHER EXPERIENCE

The weather photos reflect the actual weather conditions of each location, allowing you to visually understand whether it is sunny, cloudy, rainy, or snowy.
A golden sunset, a quiet snowy landscape, moving clouds—these scenes bring a sense of calm.
Through this WOW experience, Weawow aims to connect people and contribute to a more peaceful world.


COMPARE WEATHER FORECASTS

Modern forecasting technology has improved significantly, especially for short-term predictions within the next few hours. However, forecasts can still differ in unstable weather conditions.
With Weawow, you can compare weather forecasts from multiple weather providers side by side in an easy-to-understand graphs, helping you make more confident decisions.
For example:
- If most providers say “no rain,” you can leave your umbrella at home
- If forecasts differ, you can prepare for both possibilities

Supported providers:
NWS (NOAA), DWD, Meteo France, AEMET, MET Norway, Apple Weather, Xweather, Weatherbit, World Weather Online, OpenWeather
AccuWeather and Foreca are available via donation (one-time donation unlocks them permanently)


WEATHER DATA

Check detailed weather data with hourly forecasts and up to 14-day daily forecasts (depends on provider).
- Temperature, feels-like, precipitation, chance of rain, wind, gusts, pressure, humidity, dew point, clouds, UV index, visibility, snowfall, solar radiation
- Air quality: AQI, PM2.5, PM10, NO2, SO2, CO, ozone (Data Source: CAMS, ECMWF)
- Official severe weather alerts
- Pollen (only AccuWeather and USA)

Also includes sunrise, sunset, golden hour, blue hour, and moon phase with animations for up to one month.
Useful for photography timing.

This app and developer are amazing. Ad free, no tracking, accurate, and free! I had an issue trying to figure out how to make the widget display in wide mode. I emailed the developer and received a response within 24 hours on a weekend! That is customer service you just don’t get anywhere else, and for a free, easy to use and ad free app that made me decide to leave a review. This is the only review I’ve ever left for an app, I am that happy with it. I had completely removed all other weather apps from my phone because of the extremely excessive ads and tracking. Very happy to have an app that doesn’t have all of that.

By the way, if you aren’t able to get the wide mode to work, I found that I had to delete the widget then add it again and make the selection for the large icon when adding it again. This is on iOS 18 iPhone 16 pro.

Weawow really has a convenient and pleasant appearance, all kinds of parameters displayed that I don’t normally think of but am delighted to see, nice photography, a really unique and flexible radar map, and it’s free!! I love this weather app!! It’s accurate and has so many details of different things. Has sunrise sunsets angles what phase the moon is etc.  You have choices with certain weather models and apps that you can choose to have data from.  It’s extremely detailed compared to other weather apps I’ve used. Best part is I can’t afford in this economy to pay weekly for apps . This one is FREE!! There are extra perks if you want to donate to the developer. Whoever they are they have busted their butt to produce such a great app AND allow it for free 💗 when I do get some extra cash I’m sending a donation .  Great job and THANK YOU 🙏
