This is a much better app than then apples own weather app, but lacks basic features like displaying temperature in celsius! Also no radar for Europe, and bad quality sat images, it's sometimes a bit slow, but still it gives a more detailed forecast, and live weather info, I'd give it five stars if they improve the problems. Hopefully they'll update it soon.
