Problem with cloud and precipitation animation

From last six months, there is a problem with cloud and precipitation radar animation, that precipitation is not showing in blue colour , all is shown in white colour

Fantastic application

Precipitation forecast is highly inaccurate

On 2 days in the recent past, when we had 125mm and 40mm of rain, the app forecast only 10 and 8mm.
