Siamo utenti paganti da anni. Per lungo tempo, ad ogni rinnovo la app smetteva di andare ed era necessario contattare il supporto, tra l’altro pessimo, per ripristinare la funzionalità. Poi hanno cambiato la modalità di subscription ed eliminato il family sharing. Ma vi pare che in famiglia dobbiamo pagare 4 abbonamenti per sapere se pioverà? E le previsioni? Niente di che… le cambiano in tempo reale per cui sembra sempre che ci abbiano azzeccato, ma solo dopo che le cose sono accadute. Una stella, perché meno non si può.

Sono abbonato da anni e ho sempre condiviso in Famiglia. Anche quest’anno ho pagato l’abbonamento Premium e ora non funziona più nulla!! Non solo non è più condiviso il Famiglia, ma adesso non funziona più nemmeno sul mio dispositivo. 
La scarsa e pessima assistenza online non fornisce aiuti. 
Per di più le previsioni stanno peggiorando e spesso danno indicazioni completamente sballate. 
Che peccato! Era la mia app preferita…

Da 10 anni l’ho installata su iPhone, mai grossi problemi e previsioni eccellenti; questa notte dalle 4 alle 7: sole, pioggia leggera, possibilità di neve. Mettiamoci anche altro, cosa costa? Disponibile alla rettifica se migliora. E alle mail non rispondete mai? Bravi!! Aggiornamento dopo 1 anno: Davvero non vi frega nulla di cosa vi scriviamo? Felici di donarci notizie meteo assurde!!

Ho pagato pochi giorni fa 9.99 euro per il rinnovo dell’abbonamento premium… soldi buttati. Adesso previsioni a 7 giorni (prima era a 15) e per la giornata ogni 3 ore). Molto scorretti, non si cambiano le regole a gioco iniziato.
