Handful, recommended
I've been using this app for around 3 years by now. At first for iPad now for iPhone. Find it useful and accurate. I enjoy forecast in graph very much.
Additional subscription
I have purchased an application for 2.99 and and once opened it and tried to use few options was asked to pay monthly or annual subscription to access all features, in my opinion its not fare.
