Constantly breaking down when loading a map

Used it for a couple of years now in the paid version, but it just has too many bugs is last year…

Less than 4 months after starting a Premium 12 month subscription, my subscription was stopped and I was invited to start a new subscription. This is not the first time that this has happened to me.

Hab die App gekauft, nach ein paar Tagen ist sie wieder auf Standart und verlangt dass man sie wieder kauft. Schade, funktionnierte jahrelang gut, wenn nicht gleich ein gutes Update kommt werde ich sie löschen

The app is not matching the description at all. Not reliable nor is it providing highly detailed information. It did in the past but that seams to be history I paid for a premium service for a whole year tough The app is not working properly since several months starting December last year. Then it worked for a while. Now things have gone sour again One individual of Customer support is telling me to delete the app and re-install it and send screenshots when it is still not working properly. 24 hours later a co-worker is then telling me it is a known issue. In other words stay away from this app till it really does the job.
