The more patients we add, the worse the app gets. It constantly freezes, takes forever to send messages, and frequently loses contacts. It makes our work take twice as long because we have to constantly close and reopen the app. Weave is not a solution for medium or large businesses. It would maybe work for 100 clients or less.

The software the missing some basic capabilities that even the cheapest softwares are able to do. It is beginning to feel like an waste of money for a system that makes you do more to simply block a phone number.

We use weave for work and I still love the app on my phone.  Recently they have changed how it works and looks on desktop and my whole office hates it. It uglier, takes up more space on the screen and just feels clunky.
