The BGL BNP Paribas Web Banking app: smooth, simple and secure!
►INSTANT OVERVIEW OF YOUR ACCOUNTS
The Express View function lets you check your preferred accounts and cards without having to enter any codes (also available on Apple Watch)
►FAST LOGIN
You only need to enter your Client Number and PIN the first time (you can choose not to use to the Token to log in). After that, you will only be asked for your PIN or you can choose to log in via Touch ID.
►KEEP CHECK OF YOUR ACCOUNTS
Set up your alerts! Notifications inform you when your balance drops below a certain threshold (set by you), when you are credited with a specific amount, or when you receive a message from your bank.
Raise your credit card limit in real time!
Credit card maxed out? Leaving soon on holiday, and planning more spending and more ATM withdrawals? Raise your credit card limit in real time by EUR 100 segment up to an additional EUR 2,500 (over a maximum period of 30 days).
►YOUR TRANSACTIONS
Make one-time transfers or set up standing orders to your usual beneficiaries.
Search for transactions you have made over the past two years.
►Apple Pay
Make fast and secure payments using your Apple devices. Just add your BGL BNP Paribas card in the
Web Banking mobile app to get started.

Need help budgeting and managing your accounts? Genius is the everyday assistant that sends you
notifications and information about your account activity. Receive messages from Genius in your
Web Banking app.
►PERSONAL LOAN SIMULATION
Do you have a project or dream? Simulate a loan directly in the Web Banking application to estimate your monthly repayments. If wish to take out a loan, ask an advisor to call you.
►OPTIMISE YOUR INVESTMENTS
Access the entire stock market through your Web Banking app! Place your stock market orders, check your portfolios in real time and get financial information for making the right decisions at the right moment.
►SECURITY ABOVE ALL
The key-ring sized LuxTrust Token displays a one-time, six-digit code. It is used to secure your online banking operations: saving your beneficiaries, making a transfer to a new beneficiary, transfers of more than EUR 5,000, exchanging emails with your advisor, etc.
►NEED ADVICE? NEED HELP?
Secure messaging lets you communicate with your advisor about your accounts or future plans. BGL BNP Paribas Direct is also available Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.

Unstable and outdated
Do your maintenance at night, like any other European bank. Make sure your app is stable. How many times are we confronted with technical errors/unavailability… Make transfer details available immediately and jot after 2/3 days. It’s 2025, not 2007 and even back then my other bank in Europe already had instant available data of transfers.
Inutilisable
Quant l'app fonctionne, elle est bonne. Par contre depuis décembre, je n'arrive plus à me connecter que parfois un jour ou deux, d'ailleurs ni sur un browser.. et aucun message de maintenance éventuelle ou communication sur...
Erreurs techniques en masse
Je suis confronté à un nombre incroyable d’erreurs techniques. L’application fonctionne 1 fois sur 3. Une horreur!
Constant Maintainance
I should prefice that the app is great when it works (normally I would give it 4 stars). That being said it is as if every weekend it’s under maintenance defeating its purpose of existence. Not only that, but very frequently when the app is down, they also perform maintenance in the internet banking effectively removing any online possibilities for the customer hence the single star.
Worst web banking app that I have ever used.
This app is useless. It doesn’t provide valuable information about your payments, no real-time notifications about activity on your bank account. The UI is from 90s, it’s not intuitive to use. And the worst part is that you always encounter errors and you just simply can’t log in.

Unable to use my main account
Simple and efficient
The app has a simple look & feel which is great because it makes executing transactions easy and straightforward. I’ve struggled with its Apple Pay integration for activating it on my Apple Watch which shohld be fixed/improved with instructions. Another good addition could be a message notification on app logo when a response is received from customer service. Overall, happy with the app.

Bom dia. Tenho visto colegas com telefones inferiores ao meu a usarem as apps de outros bancos e nao vejo a acontecer o mesmo que acontece muitas vezes na app bgl, primeiro para mim é das mais lentas a acessar e encontro muitos bugs. Uso um iphone 13 pro max e dou a minha opinião sobre a lentidão desta app e de certos bugs recorrentes. Poderiam também mudar a interface da app que do ponto de vista visual prefiro outras interfaces de outros bancos. Fica a minha livre opinião
