The app is not functioning and new message won’t come in
The app not functioning and new message won’t updating. It is very slow and hang waiting for message to receive which is not real-time.
Horrible app
This company is a nonsense. I’m using their webex system for work, application for both laptop and phone are horrible. Phone app wouldn’t load when using data, it says no internet connection and will no refresh any chat and unable to perform any task using my mobile due to this error. For Mac OS, the application will not make any notification sound for incoming message, every colleague of mine complaint about this issue but developer is not fixing this issue at all. Horrible company and not to mention “Listed Company”

More complete features can be added
Require a + button on meetings tap to create meeting instead of going back to apple/google calendar to create meetings and later sync into Spark. In chat room, If able to share contact card would better.
