Cannot redial from Recent list
Maybe it's just my iPhone but I cannot use the "Recent" list to perform calls by clicking on the call entry. Seems like the list items have no action behind. I consider it a basic feature!

latest update app crashing
After latest update the app is not working anymore, it is crashing constantly.
Microphone always on?!
With iOS 14 we can see the mic is always on. No wonder these apps drain our battery. Who knows what you’re capturing while idle. Not comfortable at all with this
Real secure business app
This is a professional app and it feels the difference versus free apps especially due to security

I need to utilize the application for work purposes. However, whenever I log into the app on my cell phone, it shuts down as if it is glitching. Is there a fix? Thank you for your assistance.
Missing features
There is no way to schedule a message like the app in the desktop
App reboots
This app all of a sudden stopped working for me. It reboots and locks up every time I open it. It worked wonderfully for a while but now doesn’t. I’ve deleted it and added it back only to the same results.

Amazingly easy to use and consistently great performance
Love the ease of use and integration to multiple services. Great performance every time with Webex AI.
Notifications persist
The app works well but has one issue that is very frustrating; the notification that tells you there is an unread message persists even after reading the message. I have to swipe out and re open the app 3+ times before it goes away. And yes, this continues to happen even after the app “catches up”. Even completely closing it doesn’t fix it on the first go.
