Needs updating
Every time I answer it fails to connect and hangs up on my customer. Please fix this bug… kind of essential to be able to answer calls !

Call failure is big problem Missing customer calls Sunday is off but there is no option available all day off
Getting sick of failed calls
Most of the time when I try to answer a call using the app, the line will just fail to connect, causing me to miss calls. I’ve complained about it before, quite a while ago and I would have hoped by now that they would have improved the app. It’s so frustrating when you have no idea if accepting a call will actually work. I’m strongly considering switching to a new service because I’m sick of the volume of failed connections when I have solid WiFi and cellular signal.

App still freezing and slow, reminds me of how it was around 2 years ago. 1 step forward 2 step back :(
Problem
Is there an issue with the app as it won’t even load and keeps crashing every time I click on it. Otherwise this app is amazing and keeps separate from work and personal
Useless
Even with very good Internet it keep saying connection problem losing lots of customers regret getting this
Unable to log in - App freezes
After the initial ‘Sign In’ screen on the next page where I need to enter my email address the keyboard is not presented and the screen is unresponsive. Nothing I press works. This was fine until the most recent update. This app is currently unusable. A fix is needed urgently.
Can’t login
When I try and login the app crashes and the keyboard doesn’t appear. Can’t get anyone at Webex to help.
broken notification system
even when all notifications are turned off under Settings -> Notifications for the app when I get a call it rings on my phone as well
Insane battery hog
Battery consumption is dreadful. Ate 58% of an iPad Pro battery in a one hour call. No idea how this app can have 4.3 stars.
