I heavily rely on this app for my current role and need it to facilitate phone calls. More of than I would like, and frankly more often than it should be the app crashes and repeats this loop of going to the app web page and having me open the app. It loops me into this over and over. Sometimes i get lucky and can make a conference call or delete a voicemail. I’m always sure to update to new versions.
I use Webex daily, and the new update has made using this app far more difficult. The interactivity tools are now buried underneath an ellipses which does not respond reliably to tapping, and therefore does not reliably open. The call in process is far more cumbersome, with confusing prompts and far more taps than previously. Being able to quickly and reliably access the tools within WebEx, whether that’s quickly changing my audio or being able to respond immediately with a reaction, is my priority as a user. I really hope that future updates will address these challenges.

Most of the time I can’t answer calls - only rings once via app. Eventually goes to voice mail via office phone. No consistency as to when it works and doesn’t
I use this app for work and it’s so frustrating! When you want to transfer a call or make a call you are always prompted to add or save the address. It’s a business app, I’m not moving everyday and I would prefer to work instead of constantly updating my work address.
I worked with the latest version of WebEx and asked me to update. Then now I can’t create meeting and looks like now is asking me to download another application. It used to be a great app and now is so complicated to use
I’ve been attending regular weekly webex meetings through the iOS app on an iPad for four years. For the last 6 weeks I have only been able to get in once. Most of my colleagues are having similar issues as well. Dial-in works intermittently but you lose all presentation content. There cannot be any quality assurance testing of WebEx. The disintegration of the app is nothing short of astounding. I truly hope that you can once again deliver a functioning product.

Great app version! My only issue is that even though I don't have any unread messages, I still have a red circle on the app/ it says that I have messages to look at. Not sure what the issue is, I open and close out of the app, make sure I click on every chat, etc, but I can't seem to get the bubble to go away.
The app functions great on the iOS when using it. However, when not in use it is poor at best. The sound notification is not audible, able to changed and does not repeat. The badge notifications do not reset on the phone until you open the app even if Background Refresh is enabled. The sad part is, both of these issues are well known by Cisco for many years with no changes.
