Dear Webex Team,
I would like to share my experience with the intent to collaborate with the full potential of this meeting application.
As a new comer and working and trading remotely I need to completely rely in the efficiency of this program and not less in a very good internet connection….
I am using this application for few days and my experience is not the best yet because I lose the audio several times and or loose my mentor many times as well.
I can not explain technical issues, but my internet is working just fine for others devices…
I hope that your team can find the issue and fix the problem.

Why you have two apps?
Thank God Microsoft Teams is only one app and you can use it for chat, meetings etc. Why idiots from Cisco thought of two apps is beyond me. Webex is the worst product ever, should never exist. Seriously kill the service and promote Teams.

This application for WebEx presentations and communication works very well. No problem with instalation nor usage.

Unfriendly for user
I have tried to join other company calls, however there are loads of obstacles passwords and other steps I had to do than finally I joined. It seems to that I am an incompetent jerk or this is quite unfriendly for user.

Good app
Easy to connect, control call, Ou can shrae your screen which is cool. However I dont understand why does it show microphone is running even when I am on Mute. It should be connected only when unmuted.
