I have been watchin old slide until re-started webex again. Junk!

Very poor audio, continually cutting off.

Web app is buggy. One example: Write out a message in a space, click send, and it’ll disappear before your eyes and never reach the recipient. What’s more, there’s no copy of your message even showing for you - so you need to type it up again and hope it works next time, or then open your laptop and use the desktop app. Just like that - stuff vanishes into thin air. Top tip: when you write a long message, before clicking send do a control C to make sure you have a back up copy

I wish the app would work smarter way in Carplay. I often join meetings when driving, and the app just dials in but does nothing more. It would be good if any shared meeting content would be shown over Carplay.

The connection during meetings is reliable for the most part... Better alternative for Zoom. However, I miss music mode... audio compression is a bit aggressive l wish if can allow less compressed audio quality, like zoom does.

I wish the system would he more intuitive or give hints for the main functions especailla while making a test connection using the iPad app. Now, it took me half an hour before getting anywhere! And, I had to use Chrome, hecause the app is so unintuitive and was forcing me to even change my email address despite of my will. I did hate the first experience. Please, MAKE TESTING EASY! TT

I pretty much hate the app due to poor reliability and usability on the service.

....we had a multipoint testing from different countries. As a rest ok, but useless to have a business talk. I think the bandwidth was too limited.

It seems relatively intuitive and I was productive with it on the get-go

It’s an ok app/service, but I’m trying to migrate my team over to MS Teams, that has everything integrated: calendar, voice, video. I really see no need for Webex.
