Hard to get into meeting
Every time I have to download your app. Its takes time and then asks me the code for the meeting which should be in the link but for some reason it doesn’t go to it automatically. I missed the last 2 meetings messing around with Web ex. Hate it
Mute is not reliable
There is absolutely no reason I should have to tap my mute button 5 or 6 times before it works. There is no reason I should be un-muted without warning. I am not a fan of this app, privacy is unreliable.

Too many apps
Seems arbitrary that Webex has several different apps and you need to use different ones for different meetings. This morning I couldn’t join an annual meeting using one app, i needed to download the “WebEx” app instead. I deleted “WebEx Meetings,” then an hour latter I needed the “Meetings” again for another WebEx. The connection was poor on my meeting. The other party couldn’t keep video going, frequently breaking up. Audio sounded poor too. This participant was on a business internet connection. Seems inferior to Zoom. In the plus category, it’s not MSFT Teams (terrible).
