As the title, app keep crashing. Open a webnovel in library to read? Crash. Reading then going to the next chapter? Crash. Reading then suddenly there’s chapter update? Crash. Open the app? Crash. Device Iphone 13 pro max latest ios
Puzzling layout
The stories are good but theinterface of the apps is so confusing. I dont understand the system at all, what is the freepass, coin and all that ambiguous stuffs.
Cannot sign in through the app.
Only can sign in via the webpage! There is a bug.

The privilege chapters needs to be revised
Starting I love reading on this app as it has a lot of my favourite titles in it. However, what really grinds my gears is the privilege system. Don’t get me wrong but I fully support that translators and authors really needs the extra help from the income gain but I feel that the privilege chapter needs to revised for it to improve the experience of the readers Suggestion 1: standardise the price of the privilege chapters. It doesn’t make sense for a title with 20 locked chapter to be able to unlock 10 chapters for 300 coins where else a story with 28 locked chapters can unlock 6 chapters for roughly the same price. The readers would feel less cheated if they know the price is standardise for all titles when it comes to privilege chapters unlocking. Suggestion 2: while we readers understand that TL and authors needs break in between and can’t guarantee a steady release, it’s not fair for the readers to have to wait until they update even though the stockpile is there behind a paywall. A schedule needs to be established with your TL And authors to ensure a continuous release based on the agreed release rate and if they can’t adhere to it, the locked chapter should be released to compensate and will remain the same until the said TL/author can stockpile the original amount of chapters or revised their privilege chapters to match. Suggestion 3: review all of your titles that have gone privilege and has no releases for a long period of time and revoke the privilege if there are no new updates after a maybe a month for example. A privilege title to us readers is a sign that the title is being given extra attention and a release should be constant to repay the price that the readers are paying so if the update is not constant it’s unfair for it to remain behind a paywall. Again I’m asking the privilege locked chapter price and not the price to unlock the chapter itself. Suggestion 4: as mention above, a title that has gone privilege shouldn’t have an issue with release rate unless the original source material is on hiatus (ie rise of the strongest swordman). If the title is hiatus, I believe your side should open that title to another translator group or individual to pick it up instead. Final suggestion: set the privilege chapters based on the average release rate of the title .ie - If it’s 7 chapters a week, set it at 10 chapters locked, 14 per at 20 chapters locked and etc
