WebNovel - Read Novels & Manga

I paid so many coins that I didn’t receive… I was asked by the CS team to contact Apple for refund.. At first, they were refunding for the coins, but now, they refused to give me a refund and the WN CS Team is not crediting my coins!!!!! I don’t mind if I don’t get the refund as long as I receive the coins that I purchased!!!!!!!

Webnovel was once one of my favorite app and I’ve been using it for the past 6years. Even after all the updates, where the sole purpose was to make users pay high amount of money, I still continued to use this app since I know the portion of what was paid goes to the authors and translator. As time went on I can’t help but notice how this app continues to gets worst, novels that has hundreds of chapters already were suddenly dropped and reposted with a different title— so if you want to continue reading it you need to pay from the start again and wait for months to be able to read the chapters where it was dropped but that’s not the worst, some books were totally dropped without explanations to the reader. I still continued to use this app because; 1. I really like some of their stories 2. It’s very convenient 3. I really love the audio reading features But I don’t think I’ll be able to continue using this anymore. Why? 1. After every update, I always experience malfunction/ crashing, the app would suddenly close on its own. I was still able to disregard it at first but now the app would close on its own in less than 5 mins— I tried redownloading it and checking my storage but no there was no problem on my end— it was all on the app 2. The audio reading feature I really loved suddenly change after it’s recent update— it was a good update since the voice now have a wider range of voices… But the speed option now only have .50, .75, 1.0, 2.0, & 3.0, which if you know was either too slow (.50, .75, & 1.0) or too fast (2.0 & 3.0), it would have been better if there was a 1.5x speed or if they kept their speed function as is before they updated it. 3. I don’t think I can continue reading here after spending a lot of time reading and supporting novels that already have 500+ chapters suddenly get dropped or get a title on its last chapter posted “End” but after reading was actually just another dropped book. 4. Readers were paying a high amount of money to read books but also thinking that what they paid for goes to the authors & translators— but it turns out that only a small portion goes to them. I hope webnovel would go back to how it was before….

good stories but making it unusable what’s the point a novel app where you can’t read anything due to company greed. the fast pass also expires so fast so there’s no use saving them up now as well

Chat service was not helpful and was not that accommodating. I have been using Webnovel for almost 3-4yrs. I just had trouble just today in purchasing coins. Sadly, errors occurred and they where not helpful. She wanted me to log out and and uninstall then now i cannot install the app back. Fraud

App is not working it always crashes when i open a webnovel to read, specifically the mech touch, it always crash

I like how this platform recommends and introduces both upcoming and popular novels. Being a member also has its perks, that’s for sure, and sometimes I get too engaged in reading and I, more often than not l, forget that there are other benefits I can enjoy, like fre passes, vouchers, private messages from teu authors, etc. and this platforms tries its best to get your attention so you can start enjoying them.

14 accumulated rewards didn’t pop in and got reset on the next day and now back to day 1. 14 days accumulation should have given 24 hours free reading I’ve done this 2x already and the 3rd time nothing happens but then got reset on the next day. I’ve asked customer support about this and was told the 14 day reward was random. Like hell random what’s the fking use logging in 14 days you get random and i got lucky to get free reading 24 hrs for 2x on my 14 accumulated reward.

Privilege chapter is such a scam. You can’t read for me. Useless app.

Great app. The reading environment is good. Many themes to choose for your background while reading, great materials to read, easy to understand and use the interface, but pls somehow make it easier to receive FPs. Its really expensive to buy coins, especially since I’m not from US. A dollar is equivalent to 57x our currency. You could make it cheaper for other countries. I already spent 23$ showing how I love the books and our country’s daily wage is only 7$ a day. Or just issue more FP’s as rewards for more missions and tasks. Thank you! Continue your great app! Ps. Pls fix the timer when reading for tasks. Been reading for 40mins but still couldn’t receive 20 and 30 mins tasks. And also couldn’t receive the free FP for the reviewing event.
