Fabulous race registration and timing system

The Finger Lakes Runners Club uses Webscorer for most of our small races, and it is highly effective for us. It is easy to use, less expensive than other systems, and extremely flexible. The QR Code self-timing system was also key for our FLRC Challenge virtual race series that has continued well beyond the pandemic. Finally, Webscorer support is unparalleled—few companies are anywhere near as responsive.

Great customer service

I’m new to the race timing world and Vesa at Webscorer has gone above and beyond many times now. He’s helped me with with all the issues I’ve had, stayed with me the entire way. He’s great at trouble shooting. One of my favorite things about Webscorer and Vesa is how incredibly fast he is with response.

Needs one update

Love this timer, however…having the lap button at the top of the screen is awkward and problematic. If the user gets any notifications they pop up on the top as well blocking your ability to hit the timer. User could put phone in do not disturb while using, but having it in a better location might be good so user doesn’t have to remember to do that.

Amazing! Highly recommend.

We purchased this a week before our canoe and kayak races. It was easy to use and the support we received (even last minute) was amazing. Do yourself a favor and purchase this product for all your race timing needs, you will not be disappointed.

Best App Ever

Fantastic

From on course splits for coaches to timing races big and small, this app is the best. We especially appreciate the continued enthusiasm of the developer who makes constant improvements and frequently adds new features.

Steep Learning Curve

Need to have a manual that can be printed out. It has taken me too long to start using. I like all the listed capabilities but it has been hard to use the app.

IPad version

Please make this great app available in an iPad version. The iPad version could take advantage of the increased screen space to display more bib numbers. Actually it is available for iPad !

Flexible solution

I time several races per year. With this app results are available for racers almost immediately. I was able to practice using it before race day to get comfortable with it.

Fully featured

My bike club does some complex split timed races. This is one of the only apps that can handle it. Love results on their website is a huge plus too.
