Redesign this to make it useful. -- JdIron, 2025-07-21 ### ***-- "Inconsistent" Out of the blue the facial recognition just stops working. I don’t mean the intermittent message to verify your information. That is fine. Even after “setting up” facial recognition and try to log in a minute later nothing. Facial recognition works with all the credit card apps so it isn’t my phone. -- Lisa scrapper, 2025-07-02 ### ***** "Banking" Everyone helpful and pleasant -- Deb m k, 2025-06-13 ### ***** "HELOC transfer" You really should allow transfers from checking to HELOC through the app like you do from HELOC. I know you only do it to make more money but it’s a little transparent, and frankly just unconscionable. -- Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhjjjjjjjjjjjj, 2025-06-13 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" The app won’t launch. I’ve deleted and re-installed. Still no luck. 0 stars. -- Danl3123, 2025-06-12 ### *---- "App not intuitive and check deposits don’t work" App is poorly designed. If You want to see pending and past external transfers, you cannot just tap on transfer. Depositing checks through the app doesn’t work at all. It keeps telling me it needs to be in full screen even though it is. The only way to contact anyone via the app is to call during business hours. -- Meeeepnfdg, 2025-05-12 ### **--- "Buggy" I love Webster as a bank, lovely people to work with. That being said, the app needs work. A few years ago they upgraded the system entirely to improve functionality. I’ve had more issues with this version than I ever did with the old version. NOTE - None of my issues really impact money, however the issue really lies with reliability and some basic features that are missing. 1. Face ID - Three times now the app has forgotten my face ID. I then have to log back in and re-enable it. This comes randomly, I don’t mess with any settings that would cause this to occur. 2. Freezing - The app just won’t open the login screen. It just freezes. This occurs regularly. This occurred on my old phone just as much as the new phone I picked up less than a year ago. Due to that it’s not an issue with my device. 3. Credit Card Payments - I have a Webster credit card. The balance of that credit card shows up on the app. However I cannot pay that balance on the app or desktop site. I have to go to a completely separate website unrelated to Webster to pay it. For lack of a better term this is dumb, and I don’t care if there is a business / regulatory reason why I can’t pay my Webster CC balance on the app. Literally every CC I have can be paid on their mobile app. -- MK93019, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "Missing deposits" After making a deposit yesterday, I woke up today to find the money I deposited no longer in my account. Called and waited on the phone for 45 minutes to be told that Webster bank is having issues with MISSING MONEY!!! And that I’m not the only person affected!! Are you serious? -- Jpizzle1219, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "A multi billion dollar financial institution can’t be bothered to have a function app?" . -- eeguty, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "Doesn’t use Face ID" I have to enter my password every single time. It’s a complex password and I can’t remember it so now it’s stored in my notes. How secure is that??? -- MaryW68, 2025-03-16 [View all Webster Bank Mobile App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Webster Bank Mobile App Discovered Keywords - am@web - snb - snb mobile - snb bank - sterling pro - sterling bank mobile - webster snb mobile - webster bank mobile app - sterling bank - snb mobile banking ## Apps Similar to Webster Bank Mobile App - [Santander Bank US](https://apptail.io/app/santander-bank-us-aod/united-states) - [American Eagle FCU](https://apptail.io/app/american-eagle-fcu-TAe/united-states) - [Flagstar Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/flagstar-mobile-banking-pzg/united-states) - [Elan Credit Card](https://apptail.io/app/elan-credit-card-qJO/united-states) - [FourLeaf Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/fourleaf-mobile-banking-iMO/united-states) - [KeyBank Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/keybank-mobile-banking-xfGb/united-states) - [CIT Bank](https://apptail.io/app/cit-bank-oOIc/united-states) - [Citizens Bank Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/citizens-bank-mobile-banking-ZUWc/united-states) - [M&T Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/mt-mobile-banking-hlKj/united-states) - [Liberty Bank CT](https://apptail.io/app/liberty-bank-ct-laPk/united-states) ## Webster Bank Mobile App Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/webster-bank-mobile-app-zfmb/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/webster-bank-mobile-app-zfmb/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/webster-bank-mobile-app-zfmb/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
