Back in my old phone, a samsung, everything is smooth, especially downloading episodes. I can download a lot of episodes and other stories simultaneously.
Got an iphone, downloading won't work the same way in my samsung. I have to download one episode one by one! And then i cant download two or more stories simultaneously. It's annoying. Keeps on saying 'error', then i cant use my phone for it to download completely, and that's just for one episode TT
As much as i like my new iphone i miss my samsung, when using this app. WEBTOON FIX THIS PLEASE

Hello ! so I have a problem. I downloaded WEBTOON to continue my comic that I was hoping to finish. I have deleted WEBTOON because it was taking space from my storage. I am still trying to log into my old acc but it’s not working. And if I log into another I would have to read my comic again for days. I really Love WEBTOON but can you please try to fix this? thank you😊 .

Daily pass passed
For some reason, if I don’t use the daily pass one day then it’s not there the next, I didn’t use the daily pass for two days then when I did use it there was only one pass I could use. Can you guys fix this glitch?
