However the app features need to be improved for reports and navigation. Basic feature like P/L is missing in this app. You have to manually calculate the P/L . Navigating to option page from the open positions , you will need to go though multiple pages . 17/09/24 : P/L is recently added and it’s getting better. 26/06/24 : P/L is show wrong amount. It showed 43k loss while my actual p&l was in positive. Upon raising complaint to support response was “ P&L is just visual representation it does not give actual P&L” and suggested to manually calculate the P/L. Why? Why show the wrong information ? Claims does have FX conversion fees, but “partner bank” rate is subjected to “market fluctuations”. You get a lousy rate when you deposit SGD and convert it to USD within their app, and then when you convert USD to SGD for withdrawal, you lose one more time.
