I can't input my Social Insurance Number. It will not accept it. I receive an error message saying the format is incorrect. I've tried typing the dashes, or doing spaces or just the numbers. No matter what you do it autocorrects to the format wanted by Webull. But still does not accept it.

Example input: 999-999-999

But nothing works, my SIN is correct as I'm reading it off the card in front of me now after thinking I've forgotten it and remembered a different one somehow

Just looking to sign up and can't due to some minor flaw easily fixed preventing future customers. Hopefully just affecting myself.

Disappointed the Canadian version doesn’t match the us features or the community social comment section because the convos is what made WeBull different.

It lacks many necessary features such as stop loss, bracket order, options rollover and so on. You can’t even place an order for the next day outside regular training hours. I am considering closing my account with them.

Don’t get lured in by their deposit reward they charge 1.5% additional fee for cad to usd conversion and put them in fine print greyed out this is the type of behaviour ppl don’t want to do business with Chinese owned company. Also they initiated an unauthorized transaction on my account and failed to rectify that once I reported and they said its normal process
