Painful process to get books collected
It was a really painful process to get my books collected eventually taking 4 weeks. Evri were simply awful and kept agreeing to collection dates without liaising with the local carrier. 6 failed collections!! None of the customer service agents would speak to Evri relying on email! They were clearly more concerned with responding to emails quickly rather than actually solving the problem. I told them the issue was probably between Evri and the local carrier but no one did anything!! I contacted the local carrier myself who were brilliant when I spoke to them and collected the books next day. Has then taken another 2 weeks to get paid but at least the books are being recycled!
