For anyone who wants to get married online threw this webwed is not worth it. I tried and paid and all they did was over charge me and wouldn’t give me a refund, also things have changed, you can no longer reclaim a visa for your partner threw webwed and bring her over if your getting married international. It is no longer acceptable in the USA, you have to meet in person. Service is also bad.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve called multiple times and emailed multiple times and have gotten nothing in return. It looked perfectly fine, I created an account and event and then out of nowhere it signed me out of my account and won’t let me get back into it. It says my account may have been deleted? I already paid for the event and everything. Total scam, don’t waste your money!

But before you download it, I do recommend you just do this on the website because they ended up just emailing me and doing most of our communication that way. We also did the actual ceremony through a different app entirely. However, for payment and selecting the package this app worked just fine. Nonetheless, we ultimately received our marriage certificate and it is the real deal in fact. The process was relatively painless and Ultimately web web was able to do a couple of days what took us 15 years to get to.

I had come into WebWed extremely skeptical, like most people would. But it’s honestly 100% legal and real! Thanks to WebWed I got to marry my best friend while he was stationed in Germany during COVID. I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome and the process. If your love can’t wait, I fully recommend them!

My (as of today) wife and I had planned to get married awhile back but covid and the army just separated us. I’m active duty and she’s national guard. With covid many courts had shut down and neither of us could get our marriage license or even see each other. We were both skeptical at first but we kinda dove into it. Now in about a month my wife and I will be able to see each other again and the army will cover her flights out here with our marriage. It’s been over a year since I’ve seen her, now we’re married and it’s only a short period of time until we’ll be living together.

To the couples out there, separated for whatever reason, be it Covid-19, Military, or international... WebWed is real, and you can get married, and the process is so easy. I got Married to my beautiful wife on July 12, 2020. We were separated because I am in the Army and our original plans to get married back in March of 2020 got spoiled due to Covid. The Army would not let me go on leave or take a pass to marry her because the chances of getting Covid were too high. I found WebWed and was a little skeptical at first, I didn’t know if I wanted to believe it, but I took a shot in the dark and I am here to tell all of you that this is the real deal. The staff are here for you 24/7, my agent and wedding officiant were the same person which was very helpful. You can call them and email them any time and they will help you with the process. It is very easy and not time consuming at all if you have all of the right documents. Our virtual ceremony was beautiful and not what I expected, my wife and I were very pleased with how professional JC was and how timely the wedding ceremony was. We are glad we found this and we recommend it to everyone that cannot wait to get married.

My wedding was Sept 24,2016- Same Sex Wedding . JC donated the service for free as it was in beta testing . I was very impressed after I watch the special moment video . The hotel Internet didn't work - so some guest missed it . But they where able to email the special moment and the guest that saw the wedding was amazed.

Really cool app, my husband and I wanted a low key and unconventional wedding. We got married online AT HOME!!! Since some of our family & closest friends were out of state all they had to do was download the app, login with their email and password and they watched us get married. We decided we will have a reception this summer with everyone else. Then we will use the service again to stream privately to those who can't make it!

I was supposed to watch my brother in laws wedding but instead I saw the login page for the app. The start time came and went, a new start time was set, came and went and still nothing. I hope they'll refund their money... Not even worth one star...
