## WeChow Description
WeChow is a South African services provider connecting food enthusiasts with a range of restaurant & home industry options to select from. WeChow promises subscribers multiple cuisines and flavors to pick from and enjoy good quality yummy food in a convenient way. WeChow has separate section for Home Industry and Restaurants allowing users more options to pick and order from.

At WeChow, our subscribers come first. Given this, we have madeWeChow simple, localized, convenient and easy to use.If you already know what you want to order, type your search menu and WeChow will show up all the options/choices that are available in your area. For better results, WeChow recommends users to provide the area they are in either by typing the location or letting GPS find their location.If you want to locate a restaurant or a home industry you want to order from, WeChow has convenient option at home screen to go to desired section. WeChow also allows you to search or filter your choice of suppliers based on cuisines. After you identify the dish of your choice from selected supplier, simply select the quantity and place them in your cart. Once you have finalized your choices and told any customizations you need, WeChow is ready to place your order with the supplier. WeChow validates your mobile number using SMS code, let’s you choose the mode of delivery and enter your delivery address. Post this, subscriber places his order with the supplier. WeChowkeeps you updated by sending a SMS update on your verified mobile as orders are processed.

WeChow team and our suppliers are constantly striving to improve their services are open to feedback. We invite our subscribers to provide feedback each time they use WeChow. The valuable comments from our subscribers helps us to understand what we could have done better and ensure a better experience next time.

To provide a quality experience to our subscribers, WeChow requests for some personal information. The information shared by subscribers is kept safe and secure with us. Our team makes sure that subscriber information is kept safe and shared with suppliers on need to know basis only.

Currently, WeChow only offers CoDP (Cash on Delivery or Pick-up). We will have an option of paying through credit/debit card in future.

My first order. Great selection of halal food. However the app does not provide adequate feedback. Does not indicate if the order is being prepared. The lack of feedback left me wondering if the app was glitching. Given the experience I will stick to more reliable apps like Uber eats and Mr. Delivery.

The people in charge of administration of the orders need to make sure that time is a major factor. If the app gives an approximate time of 60 minutes then one expects near to that time or better. Staff definitely need to be trained in this regard. Had a very disappointing experience today. I’ve been using this app quite often and for a long time now. Placed my order almost 90 minutes ago. Was not confirmed until after 30 minutes. I’m still waiting…. 😡
