If anyone is struggling especially with addiction, mental health, grief, anything… this app can help!! It’s very self oriented, and has helped me get through some tough moments. The groups are very versatile, and the best part is if someone has anxiety in groups in person with this they don’t even have to turn the camera on. Also, there’s more than just groups it offers peer support, meditation and more. so if someone is struggling with literally any type of situation, this can help!
