## WECT 6 Where News Comes First Reviews in United States

### *---- "Liberal Propaganda"
Articles are poorly written at third grade level. Politics is pure liberal propaganda and fake news particularly anything written by Rachel Keith and Ben Schactman who provide falsehoods sourced by other liberal propaganda fake news media outlets

Liars like Connor Lomis stating it’s false FEMA did not exhaust funds on illegal migrants what it is categorically true. Pure lying losers with worthless degrees in a field that is the lowest life form

Stick to local news and stay out of the political spectrum. There’s plenty of fake news mainstream media outlets out there dividing this Country.
-- Fake News Rag, 2024-10-08

### ***-- "PLEASE Stop with the Celebrity Alerts"
3.5 stars rounded down for how much it annoys me. PLEASE stop sending out push notifications for news surrounding celebrities/hollywood. Deaths are one thing, but I don’t need a news alert about Justin Timberlake’s arrest or a co-host leaving the Today Show. I don’t mind it being reported on but why do I need a push notification about it from my local news app?!?! Other people I’ve talked to have uninstalled for this exact reason, they were tired of their phone constantly going off from unimportant push notification. If I want those kind of alerts I’ll download the People Magazine app or something. It’s not at all what I or I assum most people are looking for when they download their local news app.
-- xCrumbelievable, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Too many ads ABC 11 Raleigh does not give that much."
Not working every since the update
-- stroke338, 2023-12-02

### ***** "I always watch WWAY since I was a child"
It’s the best channel
-- Pam Hewett, 2023-08-16

### *---- "Worse Version"
I have been using this app for years. Although it does have a few improvements, it continues to ask me to allow Bluetooth connections. I understand that it should ask initially, but every time I open the app is excessive.
-- G-Cloud, 2023-07-21

### *---- "All ads"
Not worth waiting through the ads. Plus the weather dude in the morning is a creepy used car salesman. I ain’t trying to buy the weather
-- milesdn36, 2023-06-13

### **--- "Novak for kids of color"
I think this should be for every race not just the color race all race matters, so I’m not include the white rice
-- White is a race too, 2023-02-19

### *---- "Openly Gay man as a woman"
We are not woke and we are no longer viewers as clearly you thrust this in our face. Hello WWAY
-- John from Calibash, 2022-08-27

### *---- "Crashes or doesn’t open"
I get news updates in my feed. When I click on them to read the story, the app crashes/won’t open. I have to go to the app and then search for the story.
-- LlamaMama713, 2022-07-25

### *---- "Advertisements Overbearing"
This app would be great if there was a way to get around the advertising. I spend much more time dodging advertisements than I do reading the news. I normally just give up and go to YouTube. It is bad when YouTube is the better of your choices.
